Unfair Means Committee
Unfair Means Inquiry Committee is authorized to take disciplinary action against a student/ staff for misconduct during examination conducted by college. They can decide quantum of punishment after reviewing nature of malpractices at examination by following the procedures and guidelines issued by University of Mumbai under Ordinance 5050.
Objectives:
- To investigate the reported cases of students/ staff involved in unfair means during examinations.
- To recommend action(s) (if any) to the Principal regarding unfair cases.
- To conduct transparent and unbiased investigation against any unfair means case.
- To counsel the student(s) indulging in unfair means to avoid any drastic step being taken.
